As far as little puppies being allowed, our Mommy said that when she lived in D.C. there were lots of places like Fancy That and you could take your dogs on the patio.
I love it! I especially love towards the end of the video when you go on the rocks to sniff the water, and try to play off you tripping on the rocks! So funny! And the "who's bad" popsicle scene, love it!
