Tigersan, thank you for the great idea! I won't be staying with my patient, but I did offer to get a nice room for him (and wife and kid) up here. Maybe they want to hang out at the beach and then stay at the hotel? He does live 45 min away, and he has to be at the clinic by 6 am (and it's daylight savings that morning too!) so it's really 5 AM.

Be careful that coffee stuff can make you a little hyper. You will have to take extra naps after drinking it.
